Delete your account
You can also delete it in the app: Profile → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, email and profile photo
- Saved addresses, your personal QR code and notification tokens
- Your sign-in: the account can't be used again (you can sign up afresh later)
- Bills for orders you placed stay with the outlets, as their sales and tax records, no longer linked to your profile
- An outlet's own credit (Pattu) ledger, if you had one there
Deletion happens immediately. If you have an order in progress or an unpaid Pattu balance, finish or settle it first.
